If you have a surgeon in your party, and you are in an army, just watch the death-vs-wounded ratio for your party and compare to the NPC partys ratio. With the Scholar surgeon (120 medicine) as my surgeon i usually have around 1/3 dead, 2/3 wounded, for the npcs its usually the opposite. So yes, a good surgeon defenitly makes a difference in
If that is something you want to use smithing would be the way to get one. It is also hilariously op for making money, you can easily make weapons worth over 100k. I love making my own clan's smithed weapons, however the slow pace of unlocked parts for the type I like to build/use is annoying.
Yes. It is. I dont know what people in this sub are on about, its not as perfect as we imagined - but I easily wasted 100 enjoyable hours in it. And that is without mods, pre-release. Of course that is worth 50 bucks. The full release version comes out tomorrow, so there may be a discount in the near future.

The title says it all but I’m at a bit of a stand still. Im trying to decide between Mount & Blade 2 and No Mans Sky both on PS5. No Man’s Sky is 30 dollars right now, and Mount & Blade is 35.
